Being, ‘Fit For Good’ is just that – being flexible, strong, energetic and confident for life. We believe that the first step in living your best life is knowing that your body is going to do what you ask of it – every time – every day. That confidence carries over to every area of your life. There is an energy and excitement to pursue your career and relationship goals and to go for hobbies and leisure activities and dreams that you have previously left on the table.

We develop a relationship with each of our clients and customize a program that works with your lifestyle and your preferences. You will not be on a ‘diet’, because that implies that you will ‘go off’ the diet at some point and return to old habits. We educate our clients and encourage them to make small, incremental and permanent changes to their eating habits. These are changes that they have helped design that include their preferences. As far as exercising goes, we firmly believe that the most important thing is to move! Whether it is in a formal way, such as working out with a personal trainer or joining a gym or in a more informal ways such as dancing, playing basketball or gardening – we find activities that are the best combination of these two avenues.
